BMA Disaster Relief partners with Just the Crumbs to serve hot meals to people during a disaster. We are set up in four locations in North Carolina and are moving to a fifth location as soon as we find a way to cook. There are two ways you can get involved:
GIVE: The situation in North Carolina is devastating. There are many roads that washed out, making traveling in the mountains very difficult. There are many people who are running out of food. We can help! We are collecting food at BMA Global until Oct. 31. There is a link and list below for needed items.
GO: Teams have been on the ground for several weeks. Starting next week, we will schedule teams of people to go serve. Right now, Just the Crumbs is serving around 5,000 people every day. They also just started helping with clean up, rebuilding, and clearing out trees.
We need volunteers! Can your church serve for one week in North Carolina? We need cooks, servers, workers! If you are willing to serve, please contact Angela Rice at 214-498-3041 or angela@bmaglobal.org.
